Aim and Scope of International Journal on Cyberspace Law and Policy

Scope

The scope of the journal is to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and dissemination of research results that support high-level learning, teaching and research in the fields of Cyberspace Legal Studies. Original theoretical work and application-based studies, which contributes to a better understanding of Jurisprudence and technical challenges, are encouraged.

1. IJCLP aims to promote savant excellence in the area of Cyberspace law.
2. IJCLP aims to focus on legal issues currently being in Cyberspace law as well as those being debated international with specific reference to India.
